Typically a home inspection service takes approximately 2.5  hours and includes a visual examination of all the major systems such as roofing, structural, exterior and interior finishes, electrical, heating/air conditioning, insulation, plumbing and related components.

Professional home inspection services do not include appraisals, exact quotations for repairs, noncompliance with building codes requirements, and are not intended to provide guarantees or warranties.

New home builder’s warranty home inspection service
